Attendance
As a community group leader, it is vitally important for you to keep accurate records of your group attendance. This is important for two main reasons:
1. Because we are a church of Community Groups, not just with Community Groups, we want to make sure that people in groups do not stop attending without us being aware. In other words, attendance helps us to close the back door and care for the church well.
2. We have an ongoing goal to see 80% of our church participate in a Community Group. Keeping accurate records enables us to track that goal.
